Dr Tribhuvan Pratap Singh, FDP alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and PhD from Kumaun University, Nainital, is an accomplished academician and corporate trainer with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the fields of finance, accounting, and strategy. Dr Singh’s teaching and research interests include- Reals Estate Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Circular Economy, Fintech, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Asset Management, Socially Responsible/ Impact Investing, Sustainability and Renewable Energy.

In his career with academia for almost two decades, he has served several prestigious Indian as well as foreign universities namely, RICS School of Built Environment in India, Coventry University (UK) in Mauritius, Lancaster University (UK) in India. Currently he heads his leading co-founded market research and consultancy company: APPLIED RESEARCHES.
Dr Singh also currently serves as member of Committee of Experts on Securities or Financial Assets for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and had been a Certified Trainer in Management by Mauritius Qualifications Authority, Mauritius.
Dr TP Singh is a researcher and academician with a distinguished record of fellowships and research grants. He received an international research grant from BCC Research, USA for his project on "Renewable Energy: Technologies and Global Markets," in the year 2017-18. Dr Singh was also awarded a fellowship from Brown University, USA, to attend the Brown International Advanced Research Institutes on Technology Entrepreneurship and Management in June 2010. Dr Singh also completed various industry sponsored projects such ‘Benchmark Study of Global Affordable Housing Cases’ for HDFC Capital Advisors, India, ‘Exploring Potential Challenges of Indian Handicraft Industry with special reference to Brassware Industry in Moradabad’ for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India.
As a researcher, his researches are published in several International as well as Indian scholarly journals such as International Journal of Technology Management & Sustainable Development; Journal of Surveying, Construction & Property (JSCP); Housing, Care and Support; Journal of Global Responsibility; Gumbad Business Review; Management Insight; Journal of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and other scholarly journals.
As a corporate trainer, He has trained and assisted more than five hundred executives by classroom deliveries and mentorship support.
